收费标准：

按职位年薪的30%收取猎聘服务费，最低收费标准：50000元/人；

根据企业招聘的国家区域和职位具体情况，猎聘收费比例将略有浮动；

保 证 期：

年薪50以内职位：猎头服务提供三个月的保证期；

年薪50万及以上职位：猎头服务提供六个月保证期；

保证期内人选离职，免费重新补充人选并重新提供保证期；

付款周期：

优仕达猎头公司推荐的人选入职企业后10天内，企业应支付全额猎聘服务费；

服务说明：

1、纺织服装行业海外猎头服务和国内猎头服务有什么区别吗？

海外猎头服务所招聘的人选，主要工作地点基本都是在国外，如从国内招募此类人选往往存在着：人选因陌生环境等因素意愿度低、猎头顾问和人选的沟通周期较长、出国办理手续流程相对国内略显复杂、人选确定意向后的变动性比较大等特点；如果从国外本土化招募人选，则存在着：猎头顾问跨地域跨时差沟通、和人选的文化风俗认知差异、协调人选和企业面试的周期较长、跨国的法律法规不同等等问题。综合以上种种，对比国内的猎头业务，猎头顾问的海外猎头服务的工作量和难度系数均较大，也正因为此原因，往往海外猎头服务的收费比国内猎头收费标准略高一些；
