2、5年以上服装纺织（猎头顾问2年）企业专职招聘、猎头工作经验；

3、良好的团队协作经验、合作精神和抗压能力，思维缜密，关注细节；

4、熟悉纺织服装行业产业链的发展趋势和业内信息，拥有一定的业内资源；

5、持续学习力较强，具备良好的行业人脉关系网和沟通能力，具有责任感；

6、纺织服装关联产业链相关工作经验者优先考虑，可适度放宽要求；

Clothing and textile headhunting consultant recruitment requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in related major;

2, more than 5 years of clothing and textile (headhunting consultant 2 years) enterprise full-time recruitment, headhunting work experience;

3. Good teamwork experience, cooperation spirit and anti-pressure ability, careful thinking and attention to details;

4. Familiar with the development trend of the textile and garment industry chain and industry information, with certain industry resources;

5. Strong continuous learning ability, good industry network and communication skills, and a sense of responsibility;

6, textile and clothing related industry chain related work experience is preferred, can be moderately relaxed requirements;

纺织服装猎头顾问/项目经理薪酬福利:

工作时间：周一到周五，双休，8小时工作制，其他均按照国家法定规定执行；

薪酬制度：基本工资+绩效工资+高额提成+奖金
